Product Photography for Hosanna Revival
Hosanna Revival’s mission is to excite people about engaging in scripture through beautiful tools. Along with their products, they can excite people about engaging in scripture through their photography. Photography is so much more than just showing a product, it helps tell a story. It can help communicate the message of the devotional or the verse on a Bible’s cover just like the artwork does. Hosanna Revival’s photography has the opportunity to grab viewers and inspire them to engage before they open the book. The Leona bible features Matthew 11:28, a message about Jesus’ gentle character, paired with a peaceful poppy field. I want my product photography to not just show the product in a studio or on a table, but to further communicate that message of safety and rest in Christ.

The studio supplies were locked up! However, that didn't interfere with my shoot. I got creative and put together a makeshift backdrop. The rest I did in Photoshop.
The book had been severely banged up and dirtied from being thrown around in the field. However, some photoshop editing made it look brand new! The process isn't always glorious, but it makes the final product so satisfying. Scroll up to see how they turned out!
